Today i am excited to give you a development preview from one of the most anticipated feature and the one that took us many months to develop.
In our previous blog post we have announced some paid Extra Add-ons will be offered for free to our members. Due the technical difficulty with the cart system, we didn't make it available last week but they are ready now.
Keeping our member’s in mind, we have rolled out some updates this week and have few more lined up for next week. We do hope these changes will empower our members and help them do more with JomSocial. This is what we did this week.
JomSocial and iJoomla are now part of JoomlArt. All users with active licenses for JomSocial or any other iJoomla product are entitled to get JA Joomla Page Builder Pro for free. The system is now ready.
I founded iJoomla in 2006 and over the years, my team and I have created some of the most popular extensions for Joomla, including iJoomla Magazine, Guru, Ad Agency, iSEO and many more. In 2013 I acquired JomSocial and we got to work improving its usability, stability, functionality and user satisfaction. We also implemented testing automation which I believe is the best thing we’ve ever done.
Joomla 3.7 is coming soon and we are all excited for its new roster of awesome features. But it does come with a warning. The new features will affect almost all JomSocial translations and render them obsolete.
If you are a translator or have a multilingual website, you will need to make a minor update to your language files.

JomSocial 4.3.1 marks the first bugfix release of the 4.3 series and brings some much needed improvements to existing features.
