The highlighted yellow box - that behaviour seems fine.
The highlighted red box below that - the time stamp is there, but no ability to comment?
The highlighted purple box below that - no time stamp at all? But ability to comment and like, too. There also seems to be a few timestamps missing from Adriano's comments, but time stamps for others and just once time stamp for Adriano.
