How does one get access to user voice as I have a couple of ideas to recommend of value to commercial users.

if you go to the support forum, there you will see the purple request button... but note that you do not get logged in automaticly. I need to re-log again and then go back to the request page... then you are logged in... atleast.. that is in my case... goodluck
