Does anyone else have users complaining that they need to log into their community twice to get access? I'm not really experiencing it myself, so wondering if it is a random thing?
GavinDidn't post it on support forum as I didn't think it was a js issue. Turns out that when people were going to mysite.net and press login, they get redirected to www.mysite.net which some browsers seem to assume them to be different. I had to change the dns settings at my domain registrar to do the redirect at dns level. I think that will fix things 10 years ago

Gregory O'ConnorI found the code to force www.mysite.com to direct and display naked mysite.com. I use hostgator vps and it worked I did not find the .htaccess file in the root, as the artice stated, it was sitting in the public_html folder. if you use c-panel make sure to tick 'show hidden folders ' before you open the file browser. here is the how to article www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/htaccess/f… .
