Upgrade to 4.1.2 froze while updating database

Upgrade from 4.0.9 to 4.1.2 via iJoomla installer froze while updating database.

It now shows as updated in iJoomla installer however there was a missing field in the table _community_files
according to the error shown in the Chrome console.

Kindly explain in detail how can I "drop" and "rebuild" this table through phpmyadmin as mentioned at:

Hi Eco,

You have a problem from profileid field, it was missing..

But I already fixed this, the upgrading is done :)
