editing modules not woking

1 when i go to edit a module under extensin -module
2i get a blank page with a box

Again, I cant login to your backend and get this issue :
Unable to connect to LDAP server

Please you check again the backend access..

regarding your issue, it can be caused by latest Joomla version, please you clear cache your site or post this issue into Joomla forum
