ISSUE SUMMARY:
the avatar image is not always shown correct, how can I fix it?

in some cases it was show relative and on some user in a absolute path.

Please you check configuration.php on joomla root, and make sure you fill it with your domain URL.

sorry for the late answer. I checked the configuration.php - the $live_site vairable - it was empty before, I set the path, but it doesn't help the pictures are still wrong.

I think, something in the database must be wrong - can you please check again, what is wrong.

I already fix this issue, my patch on this file /components/com_community/libraries/users.php and find this code :
