Ok I am using a .png for my Logo image. Please Check it out because the Logo is not Adjusting to Different Mobile Devices.
My .png Format Logo stays the same.

Thanks for the Link. Just to be on the safe side if I was going to Create a new Logo can you please tell me what Details or what I should tell the Logo Designer so my Logo Fits Perfectly with jomsocial measurements, thanks!

Please take a Look at my website again as I have change the Logo to the one your we're supposed to see before I started testing how other Logos would looks, thanks.
Perfect file has 1140x469.
But image will fit rectangle when max width or height is reached. So your logo may looks good on desktop while it will be cut on mobile (as max height is reached). It was designed to display rather overall image - not to display exact images like logos etc. So you need a different approach like using different image for mobile and desktop.
But this also will require to disable default image box and use own module (Joomla! custom html module).
