I searched but haven't seen this issue in the forums.
When we post a status update on our JomSocial community page (just a text + link to a standard webpage) and we click on that link after posting, a popup window appears with the message:
"We're so sorry! We're no longer able to display this video."
We updated to JomSocial 3.2.1.4 yesterday.
I hope you recognise this issue and know a solution?
Regarding the video: That is exactly the point, there is no video because it is a standard web page we posted (not a video). So it is trying to show a video in a popup while it is a standard web page it should be linking to.
I added the details and a direct link to the first post's hidden info.
We rather not give access to the backend & FTP (or only as a last resort) because of security and because developers (in general, not necessarily yours) sometimes make changes that give problems elsewhere on the website. If you could send us a step by step guide how to solve it, we may be able to do it ourselves.
May I know the link did you share? what is the video link for this stream "No place to hide for Africa's pangolins amid China buying spree" and "Poachers turn gamekeeper to guard Rwandan gorillas"? I will replicate it on my local.
I report this as a bug, i think that link is not a video so normally shouldnt show the video modal, it should go directly t o the site after you click it.
