Event Editor Text No Showing

ISSUE SUMMARY:
The text editor that is used for creating the event description, does not show any text or icons and so cannot be used.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1Login
2 Go To Events
3 Go To Create Events
4 Wait for code editor icons with not text to show.

please edit your first post at update credentials information of site info.
I cant access administrator page. invalid login detail, please recheck it again.
