Registration form changed looks different and recaptcha won't work

ISSUE SUMMARY:
The registration form is different and I don't know why. I made no significant changes. I found it while trying to get the recaptcha to work. Now it will not allow registration and looks ugly-not like it did before.
I do have Socialize template but registration worked fine after that was installed

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 register
2 form looks wrong
3 will not allow registration

Hi,

there is no public menu item for homepage. thats why your site homepage always displaying login form.
please activate jomsocial redirect plugin for replacing default joomla registration form.
